In this role at Realstar, you will maintain cleanliness throughout common areas and ensure vacant units are spotless. Your responsibilities will extend to engaging with residents, addressing their concerns quickly, and organizing community events. The position emphasizes the importance of a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring that maintenance tasks are completed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean shared spaces including foyers and amenity rooms

• Ensure vacant units are thoroughly cleaned

• Greet and assist residents with inquiries

• Organize resident events and services

• Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cleaning environments

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• Must lift and manage items up to 50 lbs.

• Solid understanding of basic maintenance repairs

• Bilingual in English and French is preferred
