Position: Residential Cleaner for MoveSmart Rentals

As a Cleaner at Move Smart Rentals, you will manage cleaning services in residential rental properties. This includes the execution of detailed cleaning tasks, utilizing checklists, and documenting your work with photos and updates. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and can work independently in the field while addressing potential property issues that require attention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend rental properties for thorough cleaning sessions

• Execute kitchen, bathroom, and living area cleaning

• Document cleaning results with before-and-after photos

• Identify maintenance or repair needs during visits

• Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience or similar role required
