As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will take on a vital role in maintaining the property of a workforce housing facility that supports local mining operations. You'll handle diverse tasks including lawn mowing, snow removal, and equipment operation, contributing to a clean and efficient environment. The job operates on a 14 days on, 7 days off schedule, providing meals and accommodations while you work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform seasonal grounds maintenance duties effectively

• Operate various maintenance tools and equipment safely

• Collect and remove debris from the premises

• Clean external windows and eaves on buildings

• Manage supplies needed for maintenance activities

Requirements:

• Experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred

• Required skidsteer certification for equipment use

• Background in pesticide handling considered beneficial

• Preferred certifications in confined space and fall protection

• Capacity to work flexible hours with minimal oversight
