In the position of Crew Leader II, you'll manage cemetery maintenance and burial processes, maintaining high standards of appearance and safety. This hands-on leadership role involves directing teams in landscaping duties, coordinating grave sites, and interacting compassionately with families. Your organizational skills will be critical as you maintain records and manage team operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily maintenance operations for cemetery landscapes

• Manage and coordinate burial logistics effectively

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations

• Train employees in proper maintenance procedures

• Operate and care for heavy landscaping equipment

Requirements:

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

• At least 3 years of experience in grounds maintenance with supervision

• 2 years of preferred experience in cemetery management

• Obtain a valid Florida Class B driver’s license

• Capability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks
