The Sanitation Associate will report to the Sanitation Supervisor or Team Lead, primarily focusing on facility cleaning across greenhouse and office areas. Experience in sanitation or greenhouse work is preferred, along with familiarity with GPPs. Candidates must be able to work independently while performing repetitive tasks that require attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep and mop all floor areas

• Clean and supply washrooms consistently

• Maintain daily cleaning logs and schedules

• Operate cleaning equipment like pressure washers

• Notify supervisors for major repair needs

Requirements:

• Previous janitorial or sanitation experience preferred

• Able to lift 50lbs comfortably

• Stand for extended periods

• Forklift or scissor lift experience is an asset

• Reliable transportation to Leamington location
