Key Responsibilities:

• Manage grounds upkeep and landscaping

• Conduct repairs on community buildings and equipment

• Keep thorough records of health and safety measures

Requirements:

• Clean Driver’s Abstract is necessary

• Willingness to take water and pool certification courses

• Proficient in oral and written communication

• Ability to frequently lift up to 25 lbs

• Flexible for after-hour emergency calls
