In this role, you'll ensure the Community’s interior and residents' apartments are pristine and sanitary. Responsibilities include vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas, as well as laundry duties. Your attention to detail will ensure that residents feel valued in their living spaces, and you will foster positive interactions while performing your duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness in common areas and residents’ apartments

• Launder linens and ensure adequate supplies

• Perform deep cleaning of entryways and windows

• Serve meals and beverages with a friendly demeanor

• Assist with storage and sanitation post-service

Requirements:

• Basic reading and writing skills in English

• General knowledge of sanitation practices

• Strong organization and time management abilities

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents

• Basic computer literacy
