Become the Maintenance Manager with a leading agricultural organization in Kipling, Saskatchewan, overseeing a dedicated team in delivering superior maintenance services. This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing essential maintenance activities.

You will manage a 4-person technician team to ensure top-tier service in mechanical, electrical, and structural aspects of site operations. With a strong focus on collaboration, you will work with Site Managers to address maintenance needs and lead projects for equipment upgrades.

Your role also includes maintaining compliance with sanitation standards and budget responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate preventative maintenance across multiple systems

• Supervise a skilled maintenance team effectively

• Develop and track an operational budget and inventory

• Conduct detailed site checks and recommend improvements

• Oversee compliance with safety protocols and quality assurance

Requirements:

• 5+ years in maintenance and project management

• Completion of a Trades or Mechanical Diploma

• Experience in industrial/agricultural settings preferred

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Ability to manage changing priorities effectively
