Key Responsibilities:

• Execute preventive maintenance and general repairs

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED with job-related experience

• Ability to lift/carry heavy items (50 lbs or more)

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Strong communication and organizational abilities

• Capability to follow basic work routines and guidelines
