Seasonal Grounds and Maintenance Technician

Help create a thriving community at Victoria Harbour Resort as a Seasonal Grounds and Maintenance Technician with Parkbridge. Focus on landscaping, repairs, and pool operations to provide a pleasant environment.

This role is a seasonal commitment from August 1 to October 30, 2026, with a work schedule of 40 hours per week, including weekends. Ideal candidates should have a strong work ethic and an eagerness to contribute to the community's upkeep and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure thorough grounds maintenance and landscaping

• Carry out repairs on community buildings and machinery

• Provide assistance to residents, including firewood delivery

• Conduct and record water testing daily

• Maintain the safety and cleanliness of pool and spa areas

Requirements:

• Clean Driver's Abstract required

• Current water ticket or pool certificate is a plus

• Must be willing to complete certification courses

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

• Strong communication and organizational skills
