Facilities Maintenance Assistant in Air Ronge

In this role, you will report to the Red Seal Journeyperson, ensuring college facilities are well-maintained and secure. Your two years of experience in facility maintenance and carpentry will help in executing various tasks. Expect to engage in physical activities, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly throughout your workday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cleanliness and maintenance of college facilities

• Perform repairs as required for upkeep

• Ensure safety and security measures are in place

• Assist Red Seal Journeyperson in projects

• Lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs

Requirements:

• Two years in facility maintenance roles

• Two years of carpentry experience required

• Ability to lift and handle 50 lbs

• Attention to detail for effective maintenance

• Commitment to full-time work until December 2026
