Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair building and equipment issues

• Complete service requests in a timely manner

• Collaborate with staff to minimize complaints

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

• Operate maintenance and groundskeeping equipment

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED preferred

• 2-3 years experience in a maintenance role

• Electrical/Mechanical experience is a plus
