As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining Väderstad's facilities to ensure efficient operations. This position, under the Maintenance Supervisor, calls for two to three years of relevant experience. You’ll apply your skills to handle repairs, service requests, and uphold safety standards, often working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose maintenance problems with accuracy

• Complete maintenance requests consistently

• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards

• Operate necessary maintenance equipment

• Assist in minimizing operational issues

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required

• 2-3 years experience in a maintenance environment

• Mechanical or electrical experience preferred

• Basic computer literacy is an asset

• Comfort with physical demands of the role
