• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards in commercial settings
• Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling protocols are followed
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and cleaning materials to ensure operational readiness
• Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) during all cleaning activities
• Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing additional attention or maintenance
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently and effectively

• Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols in commercial environments
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and pressure washers safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Must reside at Carman, MB
• Must have a transportation
• Must have a clear police record
