CBRE is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to support the appearance and safety of their world-class facilities. You’ll be tasked with routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and general repairs including plumbing and painting. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow procedures while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute preventive maintenance and general repairs
• Conduct inspections and identify potential issues
• Assist with equipment installation and relocation
• Process work orders and track completion effectively
• Preserve building areas in optimal condition
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED with job-related experience
• Ability to lift/carry heavy items (50 lbs or more)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Capability to follow basic work routines and guidelines
