Grounds and Maintenance Worker

Position: Full-Time Grounds and Maintenance Worker
Location: Princeton

Step into a crucial role at Rock Ridge Canyon as a Full-Time Grounds and Maintenance Worker. Help create a pristine and welcoming environment for guests in Princeton, British Columbia.

This role is integral to maintaining the property and facilities while serving Young Life’s mission. As part of the Site & Facilities team, you will perform various landscape duties, operate equipment, and supervise seasonal staff. Your commitment to service and spiritual leadership will enhance guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model positive behaviors and foster teamwork

• Maintain and improve site landscapes and structures

• Use landscaping equipment and tools effectively

• Provide spiritual leadership and mentorship

• Respond to operational needs of guests promptly

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of maintenance or landscaping experience

• Grade 12 diploma or higher required

• Clean Class 5 Driver’s License

• Outdoor work capability year-round

• Basic computer skills for reporting and communication
