Reporting to the Environmental Services Manager, you will ensure that cleanliness and sanitation are maintained throughout the facility. This position involves direct interaction with residents, facilitating a positive environment while performing crucial cleaning tasks. Your actions will be foundational to our culture of compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load cleaning supplies and equipment for adequate supplies

• Conduct thorough cleaning including sanitizing and disinfection

• Respect residents' privacy and dignity during tasks

• Prepare rooms according to prescribed procedures

• Notify ESM of low supplies or maintenance needs

Requirements:

• Understanding of cleaning agents and practices

• Ability to adhere to written and verbal instructions

• Skills for fostering social interactions with residents

• Clear vulnerable sector check completed

• Three references from prior supervisory roles
