As the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee installation and repairs of all equipment while coordinating a team of maintenance professionals. You are expected to meet safety regulations while managing preventive maintenance and emergency repairs across the facility. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to enhance equipment performance and team effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate installations, repairs, and maintenance of machinery

• Manage maintenance personnel and ensure safety compliance

Requirements:

• Community College in a related field

• Five years in mechanical/electrical maintenance
