Position: Caretaker Role at Living Sky School

Enhance educational experiences as a Part-Time Caretaker at Leoville Central School with Living Sky School Division.

Your role is crucial in maintaining a clean, welcoming learning space.

This position is a temporary, 0.75 FTE role commencing immediately and lasting until January 1, 2027, possibly extending. You will engage in tasks including janitorial work, seasonal maintenance, and groundskeeping. Candidates should bring energy, initiative, and the ability to work well within a team while managing tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep school facilities clean and tidy

• Perform seasonal groundskeeping duties

• Undertake janitorial tasks as required

• Manage physical activities involving lifting and bending

• Create a supportive environment for student learning

Requirements:

• Preference for Grade 12 education holders

• Relevant caretaking experience beneficial

• WHMIS or Firemen's Certificate advantageous

• Excellent communication abilities required

• Ability to prioritize tasks in varied conditions
