This challenging position emphasizes effective planning of both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. You’ll manage the SAP system and data, while prioritizing collaboration across teams to ensure smooth operations. Dedicating time to safety and environmental standards is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize preventive and corrective maintenance routines
• Create and track maintenance orders and workflows
• Monitor KPIs related to maintenance performance
• Conduct planning meetings for major shutdowns
• Coordinate and review third-party service needs
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years in an industrial maintenance role
• Strong knowledge of SAP and CMMS systems
• Familiar with MS Project and Google Workspace
• Understanding of cement production processes
