As the Maintenance Superintendent, you will play a critical role in the Plant Management Team  will foster a safety-first culture while managing maintenance operations and program planning. This role emphasizes developing a cohesive team and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards in support of production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safety initiatives and ensure exceptional compliance

• Train and support maintenance personnel effectively

• Liaise with production to enhance equipment availability

• Support budget management and cost control strategies

• Implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and safety management experience

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Solid background in industrial maintenance environments

• Red Seal trade certification or equivalent experience

• Proficient communication skills in various formats
