Lead Pine Lake Camp as the Camp Property Manager with The Salvation Army. Ensure effective property management while driving operational excellence within camp facilities.

As Camp Property Manager, you will manage all aspects of facilities, from contract negotiations to ongoing maintenance. You will work closely with the management team to uphold safety standards and provide a welcoming environment for guests at Pine Lake Camp. Your expertise will ensure efficient operations and impactful community service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain service manuals for facility operations

• Negotiate and manage contracts for services

• Oversee the maintenance of all camp facilities

• Implement safety procedures and emergency protocols

• Execute annual inventory checks and supplies procurement

Requirements:

• At least three years of property management experience

• Strong knowledge of health and safety guidelines

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and documentation processes

• Relevant certifications in safety (e.g., First Aid)
