In the Supervisor Maintenance, Running Repair role, you will report to the Superintendent, overseeing a team focused on delivering high-quality mobile maintenance at Elkview Operations. The ideal candidate will excel in communication and decision-making, essential for addressing equipment reliability and staff training needs. This role operates within a structured schedule of shifts aimed at achieving operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and enforce health and safety compliance

• Direct quality control for maintenance and repairs

• Analyze equipment performance to determine improvement actions

• Ensure accurate documentation within maintenance management systems

• Monitor daily work schedules for budget adherence

Requirements:

• Journey person's ticket; technical diploma preferred

• Experience in supervision and planning advantageous

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP training offered

• Class 5 Driver’s License required
