This permanent role emphasizes maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards in both private apartments and common areas, where residents seek comfort and safety. Ideal candidates should possess good judgment and a strong sense of team spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly maintain and clean premises thoroughly

• Sweep and clean corridors and floors in common areas

• Execute maintenance tasks as directed

• Take out trash and wash windows in common areas

• Keep the lobby and corridors clean and organized

Requirements:

• High school diploma mandatory

• Understanding of general building maintenance is preferred

• Familiarity with seniors’ residences is an asset

• Good physical condition and reliable work ethics

• Strong organizational and judgment skills
