Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily and weekly maintenance schedules efficiently

• Guide technical troubleshooting and equipment repairs

• Supervise both contractors and internal teams actively

• Ensure preventative maintenance compliance and safety policies

• Develop schedules and budget for maintenance supplies

Requirements:

• Technical diploma, trade certification, or relevant experience

• Background in industrial maintenance and team leadership

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite® and digital tools

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License or equivalent required

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
