Reporting directly to the President, the Maintenance Professional plays a vital role in ensuring our office locations are welcoming, safe, and well‑maintained. This role involves hands‑on upkeep, preventative measures, and small projects that keep our facilities in excellent working condition.

Compensation Range:  23.00 - 26.00 per hour
Hours of Work:  This is a part‑time weekday position with varying hours between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Work Location:

Primary work location includes Welland, Pelham, Grimsby, and Dunnville. Occasional travel to Stoney Creek and Mississauga may be required based on operational and maintenance needs.

Primary Responsibilities   Perform general interior and exterior maintenance, improvements, and small‑scale projects.
Maintain grounds, including some grass cutting, trimming, and garden upkeep.
Conduct preventative facility inspections and maintenance as required
Complete minor repairs and coordinate with external service professionals for larger or specialized projects.

Skills & Qualifications   3+ years' experience in a similar maintenance or trades‑related role.
Available to work varied shifts at least 2 days weekly.
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including lifting, prolonged standing/walking, climbing ladders, and moving equipment or furniture.
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable truck suitable for transporting materials and equipment.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality.
