Define and lead Navada’s B2B strategy to accelerate growth and capture new markets.

Strengthen the brand’s positioning and elevate Navada’s visibility through innovative, consistent, and high-impact initiatives.

Execute a high-performance marketing plan focused on results, value creation, and the acquisition of strategic clients.

Equip internal teams with effective, standardized commercial tools, processes, and best practices.

Oversee campaigns, content, and all communications to ensure a strong, distinctive, and professional brand identity.

Establish the right performance metrics, analyze results, and continuously optimize strategies.

Act as an inspiring leader, build strong partnerships, and mobilize teams around a clear and compelling vision.

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, management, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in strategic management of B2B sales and marketing, ideally in a technical environment.
