Join Kroeker Farms as a Storage Team Lead and enhance your skills in agricultural operations. Be part of a team dedicated to delivering excellence in potato production in Winkler, Manitoba.
In this full-time role, you will lead our storage operations for potato seeds while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. A valid class 5 driver’s license is required, and having a class 1 license is advantageous. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement and efficiency in our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all potato seed storage operations
• Promote safety practices among team members
• Collaborate with staff to enhance efficiency
• Supervise and train new team members
• Monitor quality control throughout storage
Requirements:
• Class 5 driver’s license; class 1 considered an asset
• Background in agricultural storage operations
• Leadership experience in team settings
• Safety-oriented mindset in all activities
• Enthusiasm for collaborating on quality improvement
