Thisrolerequires frequenttraveltoourlocationstoensureseamlessexecutionandeffectivestakeholderengagement.
Key Responsibilities
- General Project Oversight
- Lead multiplesupplychainandoperationalprojects,ensuringtheymeetobjectives,timelines,and budgets.
- Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamstodrive processoptimizationandoperationalefficiency.
- Oversee end-to-endimplementationof KoerberWMS,ensuringsmoothintegrationwithexistingsystems.
- Coordinate system configuration,testing,and deployment.
- Conduct changemanagementstrategiestosupportadoption,including trainingsessionsforemployees.
- Vendor&Stakeholder Management
- Actasthe primaryliaisonbetweeninternalteams of HUB and PGW project leadership.
- Facilitate milestonetrackingwith internal software providers.
- Ensure clearcommunicationandalignmentbetweenIT,operations,andsupplychainteams.
- Travel&On-Site Execution
- Frequenttravelrequiredtodifferentwarehousesitesfor hands-onprojectmanagement.
- Conduct on-siteassessmentstotroubleshootchallengesandimplementbestpractices.
- Engagedirectlywithteamstoprovide real-timesupportduringrolloutphases.
Qualifications&Skills
- Provenexperienceprojectmanagement,preferably in WMSimplementations.
- Strongknowledgeof warehouse operations,inventory management,and logistics.
- Abilityto managemultiplestakeholdersanddriveresultsina fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travelfrequentlybasedonprojectrequirements.
