As the Supervisor of Track Maintenance Operations, you will manage critical engineering processes involving rail inspections, maintenance, and compliance with industry standards. This position involves supervising diverse teams and making impactful decisions to enhance safety and productivity within your area. Your leadership will facilitate improved performance and effectiveness in track operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise track gangs and inspectors on-site

• Ensure compliance with safety and federal guidelines

• Provide direction and performance coaching

• Handle budgets and workforce management

• Participate in emergency response for incidents

Requirements:

• Experienced in safety regulation and labor relations

• Strong background in budget management

• Supervisory experience in a union environment

• Minimum High School Diploma; higher education preferred

• Valid driver’s license required
