Our client is seeking a Branch Manager to join their team. As a Branch Manager, you will be part of the Operations team supporting the branch location. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, clear communication, and a customer-first mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: Jacksonville, NB
Pay Range: $80000 - $100000
Benefit: Dental, vision extended health, RRSP matching etc..
What's the Job?
- Foster a positive environment at the branch by providing leadership and encouraging cooperation between all departments to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Work directly with department managers to enforce policies and procedures that support customers and employees within the branch.
- Coordinate and oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and repairs to help ensure a safe, healthy, and well-maintained branch environment.
- Conduct bi-weekly branch meetings (huddles) and present KPI results monthly, supporting managers and teams with action plans to improve performance.
- Advise senior management on relevant HR issues (affirmative and adverse) and ensure customer complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
What's Needed?
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and guide staff toward common goals, even without direct reports.
- Strong communication skills to maintain effective internal communications and keep staff informed of announcements and policy/procedure changes.
- Commitment to ethical standards and the ability to model the organization’s Values of respect, honesty, and integrity each day.
- Experience supporting operational excellence, including facility oversight (e.g., snow removal, lawn care, lighting, heating and A/C, and overall cleanliness).
- Ability to support Dealer Excellence Program standards for the branch.
