Join Compass Communities as a Community Groundskeeper, focusing on property maintenance and enhancing outdoor environments. Play a crucial role in the upkeep and safety of our vibrant residential communities.

Reporting directly to the Community Manager, the Groundskeeper will handle outdoor maintenance and minor repairs while addressing resident inquiries. This role includes the maintenance of common areas and ensuring our communities remain clean and inviting for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report and resolve site issues efficiently

• Repair common areas and keep vacant lots clean

• Manage groundskeeping duties like mowing and pruning

• Implement salting, sanding, and snow removal when needed

• Communicate with residents through notices and letters

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year in groundskeeping

• Mechanical trades qualifications are advantageous

• Excellent project management and organizational skills

• Must be on-call for emergency situations

• Clean driver's abstract and valid license required
