Position: Field Service Technician for Molding Machines

Deliver exceptional support as a Field Service Technician specializing in molding machines. Focus on equipment startup, troubleshooting, and customer training across assigned regions.

Under the direction of the Area Service Manager, you will ensure machinery operates optimally while addressing customer needs directly. Key responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing timely repairs, and offering operator training. This role will demand extensive travel, up to 90% within the region, to meet client requirements at their facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow scheduled visits for efficient machinery service

• Identify and troubleshoot technical problems

• Start up and assist with new injection molding machines

• Maintain accurate service documentation

• Provide interim phone support as needed

Requirements:

• Two-year technical education or equivalent experience

• Preferred 3 years of experience in injection molding

• Open to 75% travel demands

• Strong diagnostic and repair skills

• Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle
