In this role, your primary responsibilities will involve operating injection molding machines and performing quality checks on products. You will be expected to document defects, package items accurately, and follow all safety regulations. Collaboration with supervisors and team members will be essential to ensuring a smooth operation during your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and follow production instructions

• Conduct thorough product inspections and report issues

• Package finished products per work instructions

• Maintain an organized and clean work environment

• Ensure all equipment is available and functional

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED necessary

• Factory experience preferred but not required

• Fluent in English;
Spanish is beneficial

• Basic calculations for counting and labeling

• Strong attendance record and reliability
