Play a vital role in manufacturing as a Production Operator on the 3rd shift specializing in injection molding. Your efforts will focus on operating machines and ensuring product quality through diligent inspection.

This role emphasizes the importance of safety and efficiency. You will operate injection molding machines, perform quality checks, and package products per instructions. Collaborate effectively with supervisors and leads to address any operational issues, and maintain an impeccable work environment throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines

• Inspect parts and package according to specifications

• Report defects or issues immediately to leads

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workspace

• Confirm labeling and verification of products

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED completion

• Proficiency in English required;
Spanish is advantageous

• Basic math skills are necessary

• Preferred experience in a factory setting

• Reliability and good attendance essential
