Position: Injection Molding Technician Needed in Ontario

Join TG Minto Corporation as an Injection Molding Technician, where your technical skills will support the production of high-quality automotive parts. This position emphasizes safety and efficiency in the injection molding field.

As part of your daily work, you'll assist with the operation of molding machines while ensuring compliance with quality standards and cycle times. Collaborating with supervisors and leader technicians, you’ll document processes and facilitate improvements. Being detail-oriented and proactive will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain injection molding equipment

• Create and modify work procedures for production

• Conduct mold changes and keep accurate records

• Troubleshoot and respond to machine alarms

• Facilitate communication to support team goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Relevant experience in similar roles preferred

• Detail-focused with robust communication skills

• Ability to lift materials up to 75 pounds

• Supportive of a positive work culture
