Transform mill operations as a Mill Reliability Technician with Alamos Gold Inc. in Dubreuilville, ON. This full-time position requires a focus on reliability and advanced mechanical skills.

In this critical role, you'll ensure the reliability of mill equipment through inspections, root cause analysis, and condition monitoring. Your Red Seal certification will be essential as you execute tasks in mechanical diagnostics and preventive maintenance, drawing on your 3-5 years of experience in heavy process environments. Enhance operational efficiency and asset performance in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting

• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures

• Execute scheduled maintenance and improvements

• Document and implement technical findings

• Collaborate with maintenance planners and teams

Requirements:

• Red Seal Millwright Certification is mandatory

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant industrial experience

• Expertise in CMMS like SAP preferred

• Strong skills in mechanical diagnostics

• Ability to work within a camp rotation schedule
