Position: Full-Time Production Crew in Invermere
Location: Upper Columbia Region (Golden)

Join our dedicated production team in Invermere, BC, as a Production Crew member. This on-site role involves roasting, packing, and quality control of coffee beans at our facility.

In this full-time, permanent position, you'll follow standard operating procedures while supporting both the Roasting and Packaging teams.

Your role includes safely transporting coffee, operating equipment, and maintaining inventory using ERP software. Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards is essential, as is a willingness to assist in continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Roast, bag, and box coffee beans according to procedures

• Support teams by packing, inspecting, and bagging coffee

• Safely operate forklifts for transporting coffee beans

• Inspect products for quality control compliance

• Enter data into ERP and maintain inventory records

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs with team support

• Basic computer skills, Excel experience preferred

• Understanding of workplace safety policies

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus

• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
