CF Plant Operator

Position: CF Plant Operator Role
Location: Lambton (Forest)

Take on the role of Plant Operator at CF to enhance safety protocols and production capabilities. You will undergo training to grow into a Fully Qualified Technician.

This pivotal role involves ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards while actively partaking in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives. You will learn the production area's intricacies, communicate safety findings, and maintain housekeeping standards. Collaborating with Engineering and participating in training modules will augment your skill set and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in all phases of assigned production area

• Support and engage in safety programs

• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment

• Communicate hazards and follow procedures

• Complete learning modules and additional training

Requirements:

• Completed Grade 12 education or equivalent

• Must have a 4th Class Operating Engineer Certificate

• Flexibility to work overtime when needed

• Demonstrated commitment to safety practices

• Valid driver’s license
