Position: Full-Time Waste Water Treatment Operator
Location: Florenceville-Bristol

McCain Foods is seeking a Waste Water Treatment Operator for their Florenceville-Bristol facility. This full-time role emphasizes safe plant operation and effective communication across teams to enhance compliance and performance.

As a temporary operator, you will manage wastewater treatment processes, monitor system alarms, and work in collaboration with production teams. Your ability to maintain operational standards and cleanliness directly contributes to the facility's efficiency and safety. Previous experience in wastewater operations will be beneficial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the treatment plant for effective wastewater management

• Monitor Factory Talk systems for performance issues

• Partner with contractors for effective waste disposal

• Ensure cleanliness in laboratory and work areas

• Communicate urgent repair issues as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Relevant experience in wastewater treatment operations preferred

• Proficiency with Factory Talk and Microsoft Excel

• Must possess a valid Class 1 Driver’s License

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
