Become a vital part of the SUPERSTOP team at Fort Garry Industries as a Production Worker. Help remanufacture brake components in a supportive, safety-focused environment.

This position involves operating machinery used in the production of commercial truck brake systems. You'll engage in various tasks like sorting, painting, and inspecting machinery, ensuring quality and efficiency. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory; commitment to safety and teamwork is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate grinders, deliners, and paint machines safely

• Sort shoe cores and package finished products

• Conduct daily machinery inspections for safety

• Maintain productivity and meet quality standards

• Follow supervisory directions and undertake other duties

Requirements:

• Preferable experience in manufacturing or industrial settings

• Knowledge of hand tools and basic math skills

• Comfortable in a noisy, dusty environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• High school diploma or equivalent required
