As a Manager of Manufacturing Science and Technology at BIOVECTRA, you will leverage your expertise in biologics and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Your responsibilities include leading process design, ensuring best practices for technology transfer, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define critical process parameters. This role is pivotal for enhancing operational excellence and improving patient care through innovative manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and scale up manufacturing processes

• Enforce best practices during technology transfer

• Analyze process engineering for cycle times and risks

• Ensure comprehensive reviews of incoming projects

• Collaborate to validate commercial processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree

• Two years in a leadership capacity

• Six years in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting

• Experience with drug substance projects

• Knowledge of regulations and business metrics
