In this dynamic role, you will design, monitor, and optimize manufacturing processes. Your tasks will include conducting root cause analysis, updating work instructions, and evaluating new product designs for production feasibility. Collaborate with various departments to support lead-time improvements and scrap reduction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead root cause analysis for process failures

• Revise work instructions to facilitate quality builds

• Assess product designs for manufacturing compatibility

• Create and balance new production procedures and layouts

• Develop tools to improve manufacturing safety and efficiency

Requirements:

• Engineering degree with solid manufacturing background

• Experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a related field

• Capable of receiving Canadian government security clearance

• Regular availability for overnight shifts with minimal supervision

• Proficient in Lean, Six-Sigma, and TQM techniques
