As part of the production team, you’ll collaborate with the Team Manager and focus on high-quality fabrications while adhering to set specifications from blueprints. Responsibilities include maintaining machinery, conducting quality checks, and assisting in the training of upcoming welders. Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate metal structures using jigs and fixtures

• Execute repairs and modifications on production items

• Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks

• Inspect and confirm quality of completed work

• Provide data for project tracking and status updates

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required

• Preferred 1-2 years of welding experience

• Must possess or obtain CWB tickets promptly

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Effective communication and teamwork skills
