Position: Production Operator for Injection Molding
Location: Fort Providence

Join as a Production Operator for Injection Molding, focusing on machine operation and quality assurance. You'll oversee production tasks, including inspection, defect reporting, and proper packaging of products.

This role requires adherence to safety practices while ensuring timely completion of all tasks. You'll work under the guidance of shift leads and engage in ongoing training to refine your operational skills. Key responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, conducting inspections, and packaging products accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate injection molding machines efficiently

• Inspect quality and label packaged items correctly

• Record scrap levels and communicate issues

• Maintain a safe and tidy work environment

• Confirm needed materials are available for shift

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED must be achieved

• Factory experience is a plus

• English fluency required;
Spanish is beneficial

• Strong organizational and inspection skills

• Dependability and punctuality in attendance
