Position: Off-Shift Production Supervisor Needed
Location: Fort Providence

Become the Off-Shift Production Supervisor, managing plant operations during evening and weekend hours. Focus on safety, production efficiency, and equipment troubleshooting.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll supervise plant activities during off-hours, ensuring that safety regulations are strictly followed and production objectives are met.

Your role will involve monitoring equipment performance, collaborating with maintenance, and effectively communicating with department supervisors to address any issues that may arise during shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols

• Monitor scheduled equipment performance for optimal production

• Work with maintenance on troubleshooting and repairs

• Provide daily reports and maintain communication with supervisors

• Suggest production improvements to optimize quality and efficiency

Requirements:

• Technical degree or diploma beneficial

• Experience with control systems and manufacturing processes

• At least 3 years in a manufacturing environment

• Prior wire and cable experience is a plus
