In this role, you will oversee process design, enforce best practices for technology transfer, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process design from bench scale to production

• Drive technology transfer best practices

• Conduct process engineering analysis for cycle times

• Collaborate on Critical Process Parameters and quality strategies

• Mentor and develop department personnel

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Science

• Two years in a leadership role

• Six years in pharmaceutical manufacturing

• Experience with drug substance projects

• Basic project management and financial skills
