Schaeffler Aerospace Canada Inc. is hiring a full-time Milling Machine Operator. This position requires related milling experience or mechanical aptitude while performing setup and operation of multiple CNC production processes. You'll troubleshoot production issues and maintain proper housekeeping, all in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate multiple CNC machining processes

• Troubleshoot and resolve production process issues

• Monitor and maintain quality and quantity of work

• Perform inspections using precision measuring equipment

• Train other operators as needed

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education or equivalent

• Related milling experience or strong mechanical aptitude

• Ability to read and interpret production prints

• Basic computer skills for accessing production procedures

• Comply with Canadian Controlled Goods Assessment
