As a Facility Operator at CMN, you will report to the Operations Lead and play a vital role in maintaining safety and efficiency within the facility. This position involves handling fertilizer, seed, and chemical products while also providing excellent customer service. Collaboration with Sales and Administration ensures that inventory management and paperwork are accurately maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide regular inventory updates to the team

• Follow maintenance schedules for equipment and assets

• Assist with loading/unloading products with forklift

• Deliver products to local customers as needed

• Ensure facility cleanliness and safety protocols are met

Requirements:

• Class 1 or 3 licence preferred

• Ability to operate forklift and loader

• Familiarity with Office 365 and inventory systems

• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying conditions
