Experienced CNC Brake Press Operator

Location: Whitby Region (Gormley)

E.J. Industries seeks a skilled CNC Brake Press Setup and Operator with 5+ years of heavy plate custom forming experience. Work with aluminum and mild steel in a dedicated team environment.

As a critical part of E.J. Industries, you will operate CNC brake presses while adhering to safety guidelines. You will also measure, examine work pieces for defects, and ensure conformance to specifications. This role values your ability to collaborate and contribute to our team-oriented culture in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC brake presses safely and efficiently

• Measure completed pieces using various precision tools

• Examine work for defects and sort flawed pieces

• Set up machines according to engineering specifications

• Diagnose and troubleshoot machine malfunctions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years as a Brake Press Operator

• Experience with steel and aluminum plates

• Crane operation experience is required

• Detail-oriented with mechanical aptitude

• Ability to lift heavy items up to 50lbs
